原标题：宁波提升防台风应急响应级别至Ⅱ级，这份告市民朋友书请查收广大市民朋友：从目前台风预测情况来看，今年第12号台风“梅花”风力强、降雨量大、风暴潮叠加，很有可能以台风或强台风的强度正面袭击我市，对我市产生严重风雨影响。    New Delhi, Oct 19 (UNI) The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrested a person for allegedly hurling bomb on Bhadu SK whose murder had led to carnage at Bogtui village in Rampurhat Police Station area of West Bengal in which several victims were allegedly burnt alive, the probe agency said on Wednesday.

The accused was arrested from Village Toloya in Birbhum district. It is alleged that the accused was seen and identified while allegedly hurling the bomb on Bhadu SK in the CCTV footage. He had been evading arrest and absconding since inception of the case, it stated.

The Calcutta High Court had held that the case of Bogtui carnage was direct fallout of the murder of Bhadu SK and the court had directed that the murder case of Bhadu SK also be investigated by the CBI.

The accused was produced before the Court of Ld. ACJM, Rampurhat and remanded Police custody for six days, it added.
